A qualified and experienced designer, Carol Seagrave has over 30 years’ experience in space planning, office set up, and work flow design. A life-long study of interior design has enhanced her skills and she has continued that study, adding the basics of Feng Shui to help balance your home for true living. Experience in real estate sales and the residential mortgage industry gives insight into the whole process of buying and selling your home. Carol believes that our lives are integrated patterns of our surroundings and that a fresh new look in our home environment can spark a renewed energy in our work and our relationships.

Formerly operating as Sunday Morning Decor (to convey the feeling of relaxation and comfort that Carol likes to help each client achieve in their own home), the name Residential Transitions was recently chosen because all clients seem to be transitioning in some way – whether wanting just a fresh new look to current surroundings, selling their home, relocating, renovating, or upgrading furnishings and accessories.
